Our first objective is to get an understanding of your requirements and how far along you are with plans.
Having established your scope of works, we work within your budget to recommend what is achievable.
If your project requires planning permission, our in-house architect will draw up plans and submit them for approval.
With planning and all necessary party wall awards in place, works at your project will begin following a predetermined schedule.
You'll have a dedicated project manager monitoring progress and you will be able to track progress and see photos via the client area.
Project snagging is completed, building control sign of works and we hand the keys over.
